Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker has died after sustaining serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday.
The rocker was transported to the University of California Irvine Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on Thursday morning, reports Blabbermouth.com
The tragedy occurred just hours after he posted an image of himself on Twitter.com dressed up as a skeleton for Halloween, alongside an eerie post which reads: "The dead are living..."
A statement from the band reads: "There's no easy way to say this. Mitch passed away earlier this morning from injuries sustained during a motorcycle accident. This is completely devastating to all of us and we offer our deepest condolences to his family. He will be forever in our hearts. R.I.P. Mitchell Adam Lucker. We love you, brother."
